Vancouver Turkish Canadian Society presents The Vancouver Multicultural Children’s Festival
Vancouver Turkish Canadian Society is proud to announce “The Vancouver Multicultural Children’s Festival”, at Polish Community Centre (4015 Fraser Street, Vancouver). The events during which the children of many ethnic backgrounds will perform their songs and dances will run from 1pm to 4pm.
Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder of modern Turkey was the first world leader to dedicate a day to children in 1924 on the day of the first Turkish Grand National Assembly was launched in 23 April 1920. For many years now, children from all over the world come together for vibrant festivities on April 23 every year.
